Dried Kale
Of all the super healthy greens, Kale is queen! It has more absorbable calcium than a small carton of milk, gram for gram and more than twice the vitamin C of an orange.
You can sauté it (in coconut oil with a bit of Tashwani chilli sauce for that extra kick!), add it to soups or salads.
Dried it has a wonderful nutty taste, has retained almost all its nutrients and will last much longer in your pantry. This packet feeds a family of 4 .
