At Oya Foods, we strive to deliver your orders promptly and efficiently. Please review our delivery guidelines below to ensure a smooth experience.

Delivery Areas

We currently deliver to all areas within Gauteng. If your location falls outside of this range, please contact us directly at foods@oya.company or WhatsApp/call +27 68 456 9767 to explore possible delivery arrangements.

Delivery Schedule & Timeframes

  • We deliver twice a week: Tuesdays and Fridays, between 08:00 - 17:00.
  • Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be scheduled for delivery in the following week.
  • Please allow 3-5 business days for delivery after order confirmation and payment.
  • Delivery times may vary based on product availability, peak demand periods, or unforeseen delays.

Urgent Orders: If you need your order sooner, please email us at foods@oya.company or WhatsApp/call +27 68 456 9767 after placing your order.

Delivery Process

  • You will receive a notification when your order leaves our premises.
  • Our team will stay in constant communication until your parcel arrives safely.
  • Please ensure that your email address, phone number, and delivery address are correct when placing your order. Incorrect details may result in delays and additional charges.

Collection Option

Prefer to collect your order? You can choose the collection option at checkout and pick up your order from our factory in Midrand. We will notify you once your order is ready for collection.
