Delivery Areas

We currently delivery to all areas in Gauteng. If your area falls outside of this range, please contact us directly so that we can make arrangements for you.  

 

Delivery Prices

We charge a standard fee of R120 for delivery in the Gauteng area. This covers orders of 15kg and less. We may email you regarding additional costs after receiving quote from courier should your order exceed 15kg.

 

Delivery Times

Our standard delivery times are twice a week Tuesdays and Fridays, 08:00 - 17:00. These may vary due to demand i.e., during peak times this may be increased. All orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday will be delivered on the following week. 

Please allow 3-5 days for your ordered to be delivered from confirmation and payment. This is influenced by product and stock availability, which may delay delivery times. Delivery Process

We will notify you as soon as your order leaves our premises and will be in constant communication along the way until your parcel arrives safely at your location. Please ensure that you have your correct details when completing your order (email address, cell phone number and address). Any incorrect information will result in a delay in your delivery and potential additional charges.  

 

Collection points

You have the option to collect your order from our factory in Midrand. Kindly choose this option when checking out and we will notify you once your order is ready for collection. Please ensure that your contact details are correct to avoid unnecessary delays
