Dried Spinach
Spinach is a superfood, filled with vitamins, minerals, protein, antioxidants, and many other essential nutrients. Dried it has a nutty beautiful taste that can be enjoyed on its own or added to complement a variety of other foods - soups, stews, salads, eggs.
We prepare ours straight from the packet in a little bit of coconut oil, flash fried for about 3minutes and seasoned to tasted.
Our dried spinach has retained almost all its nutrients and will last much longer in your pantry.
This packet is equivalent to 3.3kg's of cut product net of stalks; 5 bunches with stalks, so can feed you and your family over and over again!
